1. Who can use the mobile app?

If you are a participant in our retirement plan(s). You may install and use the mobile app.

 

2. Is the app available for Employer/Plan Sponsor?

No, the app is only available on the participant level.

 

3. Do I need to register my account using the web first?

Yes. If you are a new participant, please complete your login credential, enrollment, and contact information using https://www.envoyfinancial.com/account-login. Once you have completed this step. You may download and use the mobile app.

 

4. I have multiple accounts with Envoy, will I be able to see them in the mobile app?

Yes. Users will be able to view and select the plan(s) within the app.

 

5. I have an IRA account with Envoy, can I see the account with the app?

The app is available for your 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans only.

 

6. How current is the information with the mobile app?

The app uses UI accessing the APIs on the web servers; it is, therefore, updating throughout the day for the most current information.

 

7. What should I do if I encounter issues related to using the mobile app?

If you are having any issues, please email to clientservices@envoyfinancial.com and include the following information:

  • Type if device
  • OS Version
  • Steps to reproduce the problem and description of the problem
