Accessing your statements

How do I access my statements from the Envoy Choice Portal?

Follow these instructions to access account statements.

Go to and click Account Login
Enter your username, password, and select Account Holder from the drop-down menu
On the top menu, click Statements and select Statements from the drop-down menu

Scroll down the page and click the drop-down arrow (>) next to Report Group: Participant Statements.

From the list of available statements, click the one you want to view. (Depending on which browser you use, the file will open or you will be asked to save the file to your computer. Once you save the file, you will be able to view it using Adobe Acrobat.)

Note: All statements will remain available. To remove statements from this list, select the check box in the corresponding Delete column and click Delete below.
