How do I access my reports on the Envoy Choice Portal?

Follow these instructions to access reports about your Retirement Plan.

The Envoy Choice Portal is designed to provide you with comprehensive information about your Retirement Plan using a combination of screens and reports. Certain reports are run periodically by Envoy and stored on the Envoy Choice Portal. You will receive email notifications when these reports are available. Other reports are available for you to run, as needed.

To Run On-Demand Reports

Go to www.EnvoyFinancial.com and click Account Login
Enter your Username, password, and select Account Holder from the drop-down menu
On the top menu, click Statements and select Statements from the drop-down menu

In the Create Reports section, use the Select Report drop-down list to choose the report you wish to run.

Provide the following details for the report you selected:

“From” Date: Select the beginning date for the report by entering it in the box as mm/dd/yyyy or using the calendar icon to choose the date
“To” Date: Select the end date for the report by entering it in the box as mm/dd/yyyy or using the calendar icon to choose the date
Click Get Results to run the report. The report will generally take a few seconds to run, then the screen will prompt you to open the report when it is ready.
Click Open to view the report

To View and Print Existing Reports

To view an existing report, click the report title. Once displayed, you will have the option to print the report.

Note: All generated reports will remain available. To remove reports from this list, select the check box in the corresponding Delete column and click Delete below.
