Instructions for personal information changes

How do I administer participants’ changes to personal information?

Follow these instructions to administer participants’ changes to personal information in their 403(b) or 401(k) Retirement Plan accounts.

Personal information includes:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Alternate Verification answers
  • Email notification preferences
  • Marital status

Participants will change personal information by taking the following steps:

1. Go to www.EnvoyFinancial.com and click Account Login

2. Enter your Username, password, and select Account Holder from the drop-down menu

3. Click the gear icon at the top-right of your account page.

4. Select Personal Information

5. Enter any missing information

6. Click Submit

For some of these changes, the Plan Sponsor will receive an email notification of the changes so that the changes can be implemented in the Human Resource and/or Payroll system. These changes include:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Marital status
